Program description

FirstRing LLC sends text messages to people who request a demo or contact us through our website, and to callers of the businesses we serve, to follow up on calls, answer questions and schedule appointments.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting a form on our website that includes SMS consent language, or by calling a business that uses FirstRing and choosing to continue the conversation by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
