FirstRing LLC ("FirstRing," "we," "us") provides missed-call text-back and appointment booking services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

- Information you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address and anything you include when you request a demo or contact us.
- Call and message information: when we provide services to our business customers, we process the phone numbers, call times and text messages exchanged between those businesses and their callers.
- Website information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, which may be collected through standard website tools.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and communicate with you about our services.
- To provide our services, including sending text messages, booking appointments and producing reports for our business customers.
- To maintain, secure and improve our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform and phone carriers, only as needed to provide the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, communications and scheduling providers, under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or in connection with a merger or sale of our business. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
